Hold on. Looking at the video and the writeup, it was claimed that power was cut. In fact, it wasn't if you watch the video carefully.

No damage? Cell phones are in the microwave range emitting very low power. Yet it is claimed....?
There was no backup info whatsoever. How fast did the object emitting the energy pulse pass? How close? Did it hover? etc.
Not saying it's impossible but....

Maybe THAT'S just the tool we need to knock public union employees OFF FACEBOOK and get them back to their job... assuming they have one.
