Chronic under-performance in the playoffs is a tell-tale sign of poor fundamentals, over-confidence (or the lack of adequate confidence or preparation), a lackadaisical locker room cultural legacy, and most of all: lousy leadership. They should've won at least one championship from '89-'92. That's why I quit caring after '93. I turned to the college game instead. Pro basketball has lost it, especially in Portland.
