Life in the Network is good

Governor Ted has moved Dale Penn, former prosecutor in the shadowy Michael Francke murder case, out of his post at Lottery Commission director and onto the bench as a Marion County judge.

There's a back-story here. He's replacing a judge who resigned quite suddenly with serious questions of impropriety.
