Pittsburgh is very generous compared to the CoP, which coughed up much less for actual physical damage owing to the incompetence of PBOT:

That dude should not, under ANY circumstances, bring his middle finger to Portland...he'd get a middlefingerectomy performed on him w/ a bean bag shotgun.

This kind of reminds me of an old joke about a lawyer getting pulled over for a speeding ticket. Cop takes a very long time to write the citation frustrating lawyer who is in a hurry. Lawyer asks cop if it's against the law to call the cop an a-hole. Cop says yes. Lawyer asks cop if it's against the law to think cop is an a-hole. Cop says no. Lawyer says fine. I think you are an a-hole.
Don't try this in a real traffic stop though.
