They could build one of those things next to the John Ross.
It would create lots of "biotech" jobs, and could burn money more efficiently than even the PDC.

Yeah, put one of those things next to OMSI, on top of Big Pipe. Ship the fertilizer out of the Port of Portland. Who knows, maybe it could help cover some city government budget and create port jobs.
City of Portland, finally making money shoveling sh*t. I can get behind that.

Wasn't the City of Portland looking into building something like this except they were going to generate electricity from the burnt waste?
