I'm confused, but at my advanced age thats not surprising.
You want Kroeger, if he gets elected Oregon AG to indict the Nw York State Controller and various folks involved with the NYS state employees pension fund?
Or do you want Kroger to indict various PDX / PDC functionares and hangers on in a witch hunt a la the Rove inspired US Justice Department cases in Mississippi, Alabama and Wisconsin?

This is all so confusing.

No, I want him to look into favoritism in public contracting around the state, but particularly in loosely monitored state agencies.
Try to catch on.

Kroger ain't your guy. Macpherson is.

I dunno...I got a chance to hear from Kroger last night at the Multnomah Democratic meeting and watch him deal with alot of questions from the group. I was pretty impressed, with his platform, his experience, and his demeanor. MacPherson is scheduled to speak at next month's meeting, so I'll see how he stacks up.

After experiencing how Macpherson handled the "Fixing" of M37 and the subsequent hushed, behind closed doors, no hearings M49, I have to seriously consider Kroger. The recent, Willamette Week coverage of Macpherson's part in M49 is accurate. I desire law and order back into our state government and not favoritism, and Kroger seems to demonstrate that intent.
