They only arrested them after the recording started. These cops are the last gasp resisting people's right to record (audio or video). Cams are becoming ubiquitous. Cops can not avoid them, and it real, really pisses them off that they might have to be held accountable for their actions. Bummer, dude.

Many courts have ruled and the cops KNOW THESE RULINGS, by many jurisdictions, video of a cop in the performance of his duty is not a violation. The cops that ignore these rights may in fact have the cities paying out bigger and bigger claims. No interference to merely record the events of cops they are in public view. But, then again you may be arrested and put through some paces and threatened.
