Attention bureaucrats
If you play hide-the-ball with public records, it could wind up costing you.
Maybe port commissioners ought to be elected directly by the public, instead of appointed by their politician pals.

Should be in the state Constitution. Easy pass. Would be mighty devastating to port districts and transit districts across the state who would no longer be allowed to act with inpunity to the citizens they are supposed to serve with pride and honor, but instead extend the middle finger to with glee.
