Yes, because we should ski only on snow made from brand new water.

Wow, déjà vu. Pretty sure I saw a similarly worded post about this a month or more ago... with the exact same comment from Allan.

Just recycling and reclaiming his own waste, too, I guess.

And that doesn't even address the amount of salt that resorts add to condition their groomed ski areas.

I worry about what's in the slushie machine at 7-11.

No big deal.Could be a big deal--the amount of salt Timberline puts on the snowfield to make summer skiing possible.
