I doubt very much a flying tackle on a cowboy pissing outside a bar in Fossil would have the same result.
I guess he's all better from his disability now?

I consider myself exiled from that county now. I called him a murderer on his facebook wall and linked to the Oregonian articles about his crimes.
Guess I should have made up a dummy account.
Don't worry though. If he pulls the same crap in Fossil that he pulled in Portland he won't last long. No union.
