Maybe coyotes can be the answer to the rat infestation in DC. We can also let loose a few in the capital building to clear out a few rats there, too.

When I lived in DC the rats were as big as cats , and were not afraid of people. One night out on the town in Georgetown , my GF and I returned to our car , and this rat sat there by her door , not moving as we approached , just looking at us. I said , 'well dear , how about another drink at that bar over there'....
