Dude, all problems are solved with legalizing weed ... See, man, if it's - like - legal, then it wouldn't be illegal, then we wouldn't be on the list for - like - illegal drugs.

Jack! That's not the bottom 10 - that's the top 10! In fact top 5! Who says Oregon isn't at the top of some charts?

cultivating pot because....? They can't find a job? Smoking pot because they want to forget they can't find a job?
