This seems kinda cool. There must be some reason that we here in Portlandia need to try it.

Having been to Zim a couple of times (at the start of the "original occupy movement" and after), I can't image that this isn't going to have issues for the system as well as for those at the bottom of the stream. Fortunately for Mugabe, he won't get any on him...
SyncroFlush... Sounds like a vote where you throw the bums out all at once. But in Portland, after you flush one turd out, another takes it's place instantly. Portlanders must think that's a feature, not a bug!
Doesn't the Portland system just flow right into the Willamette when there's too much water? I bet you at half time of the Super Bowl this happens, no matter how rainy.
