Maybe instead of industrial waste grade flouride, the PWB should add sodium pentathol to the water supply. Now, wouldn't THAT bring about some positive change?

Blaming staff members for his own mistakes is just another qualification for Hales for mayor. But was the staff member in Portland or in Camas?
