You have your C-Span for the politicians -- now, finally, there's a cable channel focused on the taxpayers. (And of course, there's an online stream, here.)

Sorry, but to be accurate, the picture would have to have a goose on the rotisserie if it's to be about taxpayers.

As I suspected, the top bar seems to be rotating faster then the bottom bar. So who is which?

Abe, sorry, no. They are both revolving at the same rate. Must be a flat tax. Definitely, regressive...
