This is one of the guys they chose to train others in the use of "less than lethal" weapons? It says a great deal about the PoPo that THIS (allegedly) poor excuse for a human being is part of their training cadre. The trainers are supposed to be the best of the best, not the stuff you scrape off the bottom of your shoe when you step in something you didn't want to.
