Thank you, Jack. As you can see here in S.W. Portland we have warm snow falling now. It's such warm snow, you could even call it rain. But it COULD be snow at any time...and when it does turn into REALLY cold rain, we will report it live at 5.
Our Dollar Tree thermometer reads 43 degrees at the moment, but as "BOJACK Storm CENTER" has reported, THAT MIGHT change at any minute. With a 3 mph wind and gusts to 4, our wind chill is down to 42 degrees !!
