If you had a choice of colors

Here's an exciting new medical revelation: Brown fat burns white fat. Does this mean we should go with Guinness and whole wheat pizza from here on out?

Rats. It still all comes down to exercise.

Yeah, bloody exercise. So, I got audible books on my kindle to work out on the elliptical trainer. It worked for a while, Garrison keillor has a good poetry collection called "good poems" which is great to listen to. Shakespeare's sonnets were quickly abandoned, as was Oscar Wilde's "the picture of Dorian Grey". Then came Dylan Thomas, "under milk wood", which is all welsh and salty and bawdy and drunken and that was pretty entertaining. But in spite of Dylan Thomas and his word-carousing poetry, I stopped exercising AGAIN, for like, the 500th time.

I think I need to go spend some time in North Korea.
