Awww, c'mon, Jack. I'm sure that Sam and Randy will find someone willing to turn it into a tourist-attracting water park. All they need to do is offer to cover the complete cost of construction and operation, and let the developer keep the revenues. That's all.

In my view, that hole is symbolic of the state of our city!
We used to have a block of character, Virginia Cafe, the Zell Building.
