Pun-lease, "without broadband kids might not reach their full potential."
It is to vomit. Broadband is nice, sure, but I think slow downloads are about the 16543th lowest thing to worry about in terms of kids not reaching their full potential, especially in Bumfark, Idaho.

Bumfark, Idaho?

Exactly. The rural hate is so backward and blindly accepted. While it is true that brain drain affects many smaller towns that is no reason to assume they are backward. Wanna eat local? In a healthy environment? Move to where they actually grow food and can see the stars. Move to where your master's degree will warrant more respect than a job at Starbucks.
