Suspected road rage cop has long history

An alert reader points out that Todd Wyatt, the Portland police captain accused of brandishing a gun in a road rage incident in Idaho two weekends ago, has been the target of many complaints over the course of his career.

I am still waiting for those worthless feds to file a RICO suit against the PPB union for protecting and promoting criminal cops (who think they are above the law due to having badges) like this piece of work.
