Yeah, there may be some heightened brain activity. Is that a bad thing, or a good thing? If you're a gov bureaucrat, you don't want brain activity. It "could be dangerous".

Lethargy is good.

I thought someone proved that wearing tinfoil hats increased the intensity of the radio waves. How many times have we all used tinfoil on bunny ears to get a better picture?

Boy, it's a good thing, then, that the biggest users of cell phones are already anacephalic, isn't it?
