Don't you just love how tax payer dollars fund an agency's creation of marketing materials whose main purpose is to convince the legislature to give that agency more tax payer dollars?

Am I wrong in thinking that this report, this kind of report, should not include a whole bunch of pictures of people? The space and time used to insert portraits could have been used to present drab sets of links to more detailed info on each of the highlighted accomplishments.
