And the Reds' Cabrera is full of sour wine. I watched the game and "Doc" Halladay threw a strike on the first pitch to every batter but one or two, and the Reds just stood there and took them. I can't remember the last time I saw an athletic performance as inspiring. And after the game, in the interview, Halladay humbly deflected the spotlight, didn't talk about how great he was, but rather credited his catcher Ruiz, for calling a great game. It was so refreshing see such balance and humility by a guy who had just done something that has only been done once before in MLB history, pitching a no hitter in the post season. Go Phillies!

I know. I'm in shock, too. (One of my co-workers has been a Yankees fan since he was three, and he's practically giddy about the Phillies this year. Now if we can get the taste of the Texas Rangers making the playoffs out of our mouths...)

TTR - good luck with that any time soon - Texas is now up 6-0 in the 5th inning in game 2. Who woulda thought that Texas would get quality pitching two games in a row?
