The worst of this is a police officer who left a loaded, unsecured firearm around where there are small children. That is negligent and stupid. And I am not anti firearms. I own guns. However, I believe that they should be handled responsibly.

The first three links involve police officer shootings, or at least police involved shootings, and we ought to be concerned for understanding why this happens.
The fourth involves a private person who shot himself in the derrier while aparently carrying a weapon hiking in the outdoors. Why he needs a gun for hiking is hard to understand, but it demonstrates that Darwinism is alive and well.
