Reminds me of the scene from "Airplane" where the white granny (the actress who played June Cleaver, I think) translates "Jive" for the stewardess.

So, the dorks at DEA can't follow what kids on the street are saying. Kind of funny.

And no, rita, it isn't "mean-spirited," it's funny as a rubber crutch.

I gotta tell ya, as a full blooded Italian, I always wondered why it was so taboo to emulate black dialect (legitimate linguistic term), Asian, etc... But Father Guido Sarducci was widely accepted as funny stuff. I think they can all be funny! What's the big deal??
