Somewhat related, the show "Whale Wars", which follows a group of environmentalists interfering with Japanese whaling near Antarctica, is absolutely great television. Worth watching.

Especially interesting, as Sinju formerly Sungari Pearl, bills itself as an "organic" restaurant.
We were there recently and thought the food was pretty bad and we will not be going back.
