Anybody remember Pat Paulson?

Sounds like the spiritual awakening we need here..a breath of fresh air so to speak. As we watch the debt to the left increase every few minutes it becomes less funny. Thanks SamRand.

Pat Paulson for president... lots of ads on the Smothers Brothers Comedy hour (my mother gave me a DVD of one the seasons last year)

Does the Bill McDonald for Portland Mayor campaign start today? Replace a bad joke with a good joker?

Pat Paulson... a very astute fellow. I heard him say the following on TV when I was probably 10 years old, and it's stuck with me ever since:
Seems to me recent history has demonstrated his point rather well...

We watched Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs with the kiddos last night. The mayor of Swallow Falls must be Sam's idol...watch the flick sometime and see the totally scary resemblance!

"Mr. Gnarr needed a coalition partner, but ruled out any party whose members had not seen all five seasons of “The Wire.”"
This is actually a pretty good policy, as The Wire shows just how screwed up a city can get, and how the failure continues at all levels of government.
