Super Carole cans Jefferson High principal, business manager
Hard to fathom, but it happened today. A deputy superintendent has taken over the North Portland high school.
"This does not stem from, nor does it affect, the high school redesign process," Shelby said.Wait a minute. The school board says it wants to close the school, and a few days later the principal is pulled from her post -- and the two aren't connected?
Forgive me if I don't believe that one -- at least, not before morning.

Jefferson High update. Audit of school's student-body completed the same day as principal, business manager put on paid leave. Business manager links the two events:
