Clearly, the "keep Portland weird" people have spoken. So sad. As a native Portlander, I am truly disappointed with the continued direction of this City. I used to call it "my" home. "My" City. No more. Not even close.

Sure, but not in the positive keep Portland weird sort of way. He's for the most part a typical bland technocrat (with an apparently wild personal life) too bad he's not still at the water bureau where he belongs.
