Rate-a-Nate, post-season edition
We've been remiss in not giving readers an opportunity to weigh in on the overall season performance of Trail Blazers head coach Nate McMillan. As the regular season ended and the team headed for the playoffs, Nate's rating jumped to a 7.3 on a scale of 10. Let's see how he does now that he and the Blazers are all playing golf:
UPDATE, 5:18 p.m.: After five and a half hours and a little over 100 votes, Nate's at 6.5.

Hmmm, I voted and it said 74 votes total. Now it's 72.
Scrubbing all the bad ones?

Coach McMillan is an o.k. coach who was so keen on Rudy, a big playoff disappointment. But I like Coach McMillan as a person, and probably this is all that really matters. Win or lose he's our coach.

OK, fess up: who gave him a 3 or less? Explain yourselves!

I gave him a 3. They stunk before the injuries, he had to be beaten over the head to let Miller start, they have a one-dimensional offense, they still can't guard the pick-and-roll, and he's let Aldridge declare himself a jumpshooter. They squandered the best possible draw in the playoffs, and a Game 1 win, to lose 4 out of 5 to a much older and not much more talented team in the first round.
For starters.
He's a good coach in December -- not so hot in April.
