Garage Wine, good call. I suggest that everyone mail the mayor flashlights: he's got his head so far up his *** that he's a walking Klein bottle, and he'll need to see where he's going.
Of course, I have to wonder why he's suddenly now worrying about fiscal responsibility. Could it be that someone's suggesting spending city funds on something other than stupid hipster projects?

TTR - like maybe some real infrastructure repairs - roads, bridges, real pipe in the ground?

I think Bicycling magazine just got tired of giving the award to Portland every year. Minneapolis is a nice place a couple months of the year, but the article cites its 120 miles of bike lanes, which is about a third of what we have here.
