Street life, you can run away from time

I see the mayor of Portland [rim shot] has a new idea to deal with panhandlers on the streets and sidewalks. Here's a different idea.

The fellow in the photo has a striking resemblance to what Sam Adams would look like if he were down and out, which I hope is something will happen sooner than later. That would be poetic justice to see Sam panhandling. What a fantasy.

I'd like to see bright orange vests on OSPIRG/Save the Children canvassers in downtown.
