Hmmmm, let's see... trash privacy rights? Check. Increase spending on nuclear weapons? Check....

My question is if this is just reconditioning of the plutonium pits that are already stacked on the rockets, or if it's more work into the "Reliable Replacement Warhead" program.

The article didn't say, and I'm sure we won't know until after it's already rubber stamped.
