If Jean had been aware of the real world she would have seen that one coming.
Being fifty plus and no State Certified Preferred Employee Card she becomes part of the salvage generation.
Some reality counseling might help.

I know someone who "cleaned out" two husbands with two divorces, netted about $1 million overall and proceeded to throw it all away in a few short years. She is now destitute and has been living on welfare for the last 15 years.
Her family is reluctant to help her out anymore and can you blame them?
Lucky for her our government will take money by force from people who earned it by force and give it to people like her.
How about forcing the people who advocate those kind policies to pay for them?
