Portland's next fiasco
The guys who want to turn Portland's Rose Quarter into an "entertainment district" (read: Olive Garden, Hard Rock Cafe) continue to go over like a lead balloon in Kansas City, where they have one built and operating.

I don't know, as long as CoP doesn't get involved in it, I'm tempted to say let the Blazers do what they want down there. Right now, the place is a ghost town outside of 42 nights * 4 hours.
Heck, between Metro and CoP and the threat of the CC Hotel, Paul Allen can't do a worse job.
