Another number 1 ranking that Oregon won't be bragging about. The aerial tram didn't help -- maybe yet another minor league baseball stadium will bring a smile.

How can this be when Metro has been advertising to the whole country that we are the center and model of high livability planning.
My guess is our planning sucks.
