Actually, this is the corner of 11th and Broadway, three blocks from TANZAMOOK! For $400k you can have a moldy box condo and Chinese food with gang shootings!

This is really too bad. The Orient has been my family's spot for inexpensive Chinese food for most of my life. The people who run the place are incredibly friendly, but the restaurant (particularly the bar) seems to have become a trouble spot. Anymore, we just call our order in and eat the food at home.
