Air tragedy
A private plane reportedly owned by an Enterprise, Oregon outfit has crashed in Butte, Montana, killing 17 people, including children. It appears that this was the aircraft. For what it's worth, this listing shows seating for 12, but reports state that 16 or 17 people were on board. The flight plan is here.

What is not surprising is that the crash site is a cemetery. Butte used to be a big place; now it's the Berkeley Pit and a handful of people, and acres of cemeteries.
And it's not the only tragedy today: BBC and Huffington are reporting (with chilling "live" video of the incident) the crash on landing at Tokyo-Narita of a FedEx MD-11, in which the pilot and co-pilot lost their lives.

The plane was flying out of Northern California. No doubt the victims were from there.

Apparently there were a dozen or so kids on board when the plane stopped in Oroville, California. It was coming from Vacaville.
