Wow! So many things come to mind all at once. How it is that you know about the firearms blog? Are there really multiple iPod apps for snypers? Really? When the Nuge' gets his will he choose something more tasteful than the gold color of the gun shown? I mean, sure gold is good for gangsta' rappers who need to add to the Bling collection, but can us rockers get it in something more appropriate? Does it come in tye-dye for the growing population of aging Dead Head gun-nuts? So many questions...
Thanks for the diversion Jack!

That's not gold, it's Desert Beige :D

I would suspect that "tye-died aging Deadheads" would be liberals generally and therefor to suggest they are "gun-nuts" is an oxymoron. :)

Obama & the new congress are sure to pass new legislation banning any rifles with the IPod mount. Add it to the list of "evil" gun features: pistol grip, flash suppressor, folding stock, detachable magazine, bayonet mount, IPOD MOUNT. Better buy one before the ban takes effect!

Before you bash, please realize that Ted Nugent is probably the only conservative ever to jam with Jimi Hendrix at Electric Lady Land Studios on multiple occasions.
To understand, you must hear...
Stranglehold from Nugent (everybody knows that)
Smokescreen from Weekend Warriors
Together from Free For All (ballad with Meat Loaf on vocals)
Venom Soup from Weekend Warriors
Journey To The Center of Your Mind by the Amboy Dukes

"Are there really multiple iPod apps for [snipers]?"
Yes. Though technically they're ballistics calculators more generally, that could be useful for several sorts of shooting, one of which happens to be sniping.
