Prospective buyers can even "test drive" a SoWhat condo for "a night or two" to "get a feel for the lifestyle", according to a story that ran this week on one of the local TV stations.
I guess the sellers want test drivers to focus on the views of the river rather than the "I Am Legend"-like neighborhood.
Strange, my new house in SE (97206) recently appraised for more than I bought it for 2 years ago. This meant that we were actually able to get it refinanced and lower our interest rate. I wonder if it had something to do with the fact that we did research, bought a good house, within our means in a decent area? Nah....
Might be fun to lease one of those condos to use as a place to "stick" er, I mean provide to the in-laws when they come to town. They're always talking about wanting to be more like Trump... (don't ask, they've foreclosed on 4 houses in Cali, so that should tell you something about their ignorance on realty-speculating)
The "I Am Legend"-like neighborhood?
Nice, I'm still laughing.
Note the initial way it works as a straight comparison to the movie, then the secondary way it works with the phrase "I am legend" as it pertains to the South Waterfront project. Most comparisons only work on one level - see Dennis Miller. The art comes from multiple levels.
