Of the 12 firms who bid to sell wasteful City of Portland swag to City Hall, three have emerged as victorious. As announced by the city on Friday --
The City of Portland intends to award Price Agreements to the following three firms, each with a Not To Exceed amount of One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00) per year, for one year following the Price Agreement start date with an option to renew for four (4) additional years.Congratulations on another great deal for the city's taxpayers. I thought swag had a negative connotation. Or maybe that's "schwag". My schwag connection is sometimes very hard to get in touch with.
