OK. I was looking for a riff on the drunken-cyclist/drunken-motorist paradigm... surely you're not claiming that the wild boar had been drinking? :) It probably ignores red lights and speed limits, too.
I was biking through a 'Naturpark' -- which was similar to one our National Parks except you could see a village in every direction from on top of a hill -- in northern Bavaria at 5 one summer morning... and came face to face with a momma boar and two piglets. I stopped dead and didn't twitch a muscle. Don't know what I would've done if she'd charged because wild boar are DANGEROUS.
