I see one of the Gerding Edlen boys was playing the big shot last night at some Pearlie brie-fest:

He said development companies should "never get complacent" when it comes to sustainable development and should "not be afraid of making mistakes."

Hey, when you're playing with the taxpayers' money, what have you got to lose?
