Geez, glad the cat is okay!
Reminds me of an occasion when the dog stuck her head in an empty cereal box that was on the kitchen floor, waiting to be stomped and disposed of...she got her head out of the box, but the plastic bag that lines the box got stuck on her head. Frightened, she ran into the next room, and into the side table...it was really pretty darned funny. I had to snag her and take it off, poor thing. But not before I took a picture.
