The grapevine says that Portland hoopster Ime Udoka is about to be let go to be signed by the NBA champion San Antonio Spurs.

Trade? Udoka is a Free-Agent and can sign with anybody. The Blazer's just gave Udoka's money to Steve Blake so they just screwed themselves by letting Udoka go for nothing. No offense to Blake; he can shoot and pass, but he can't play lockdown D. With Udoka and Randolph gone, the Blazers will be lucky to win 35 games this year, looks like 09 will be the likely breakout year.
