Technical difficulties
There's been some kind of crash on the server on which this blog resides, and about a week's worth of stuff is not appearing at the moment. As soon as I can get hold of my web host, we'll see what's what.

Whew!!!! Thought I was Lost in Space for awhile. LOL The time machine took me back a week or so. Was that whirling sound from an UFO?

It looks like the comments submitted after April 8 for postings that that were started prior to April 8, are also missing. But I suppose you already know that.

Yeah, it looks as though the server went down this morning, and the best the host could do so far is restore everything to a backup that was made last Sunday evening.
I was out all day today, and didn't see the problem until after the web host shut down phone support for the night. I should know more about where we stand in the morning.

So far the web host has been useless in getting the week's worth of data back. Looks like a manual restore is in order. This takes time, and some comments may wind up lost. Anyway, time to dig in.
