Bloggers, 'fess up

Sure, you've posted comments on your own blog before. But tell the truth -- have you ever used a sock puppet?

No. Now, if you were to ask if anyone else has used a sock puppet on my blogs....

Ha! I've suspected the usage in some blogs (though not this one).

I do use a sock puppet to do secret, evil things. But it has nothing to do with blogging.

Heh... no sock puppets for me. I always post under my real name, on my own blog and elsewhere.

I generally tend to discount statements people make if they aren't willing to put their names behind them.

But maybe that's just me. ;-)

That's two great new band names I've gotten from your blog in one day:
The Sock Puppets and the Movable Scams.

Every time I post.

Uh, yeah all the time. That makes it fun.

The first time I posted on a blog, I tried to make it anonymous, but I messed up, and my name was printed. I started thinking about it and I just said, "Screw it. I'm going with my real name from now on." So no, I have never been a sock puppet. I suppose I'm devious enough but I just don't have the technical skills.

Since the only comment I've ever gotten on my blog is this one, I wonder about the need for sock puppets:

How about this for a new rule?

You like your bully gang tactics (aka Bojack groupie)? You are one more bully comment away from becoming a project yourself.

I will use the same rules you so loudly embrace.

Now you have been warned.

Maybe I need a sock with a rock?

Can't wait til the new Webster's dictionary includes "sock puppet", courtesy of a Republican piece of chickensh!it back east.

And here's a joke for BoJack, Bill and all since you make me laugh:

"What do Monica Lewinsky and Karl Rove's father have in common?"

"They both s*ck d*ck."

Crikey.

I don't think Steve Irwin would have swum anywhere near that.
