She's finally back in Portland -- checked into the Rose City Graybar Hotel this morning, apparently -- looking a bit worse for wear after her fugitive arrest a week and a half ago, 25 minutes from the Canadian border.
The mugshot on the left is from a different arrest, apparently about a year ago; the one on the right was taken this morning.

She needs to either see Marcia Clark's cosmetic surgeon or cut back on her meth use.
I'm not seeing meth here, necessarily. There are some complexion issues. But living in four or more different jail cells over 11 days will do that to you.
I'm puzzled by the focus on this woman's looks. You think maybe the stress of killing someone, jumping through insane hoops to cover it up, being on the run AND spending the last 11 days in various jails (without the benefit of makeup and beauty products) might have something to do with it? No sympathy for her, just who cares? She's an ugly person through and through.
Years ago I asked a friend in the healthcare profession what they called that "Rode hard, put away wet" look. She responded, "Rode hard, put away wet."
Prolonged and unresolved stress of any kind will age and have deleterious effects on the human form, noted most readily in the face: eyes, nose, muscle layering. With no disrespect intended to this woman (or any other men or women) that "unhealthy" look is nature's way of saying "back off -- don't include this in the gene pool."
That's what I was referring to Jo. I have no compunction with showing her mug shot here, Jack. It's public knowledge and easily available elsewhere on the Internet.
No, I'm curious about all the arm chair quarterbacking re: her supposed meth use - when it's pretty obvious there are plenty of reasons she might look so much more haggard than before. It's almost as if people need to blame a drug for her despicable actions. Few meth heads I've had the displeasure to encounter could pull off a run like she had going there for awhile.
Her run did show a certain competence didn't it? Initiative at least.
I have certain relatives that like to sit around the camp fire and think of bug out plans. You know, just in case...it's a pretty common activity among Mormons who have oral histories recalling The Raids.
I'm sure we'll be analyzing her mistakes at length at the next bon fire. Starting with drinking and driving and attending soccer games.
I see only one significant difference in the two images. In the first one, she looks like if she had a gun handy, she'd shoot the photographer.
In the second one, she looks like she would use a gun on herself if she could.

Faces of Meth was my first thought also.
Many women that age don't require cosmetics to look good.
Maybe she isn't drinking enough water?

x 3 on "Faces of Meth".
And in only one year ?
She looks like she's aged at least 10 years!
Look how her eyes are set way back now!

From pretty to pretty sad in one year.
Just needs to get a pit bull and a cardboard sign and she'll fit right in downtown.

I kinda hate to take issue with the boss, Jack.
But besides the skin eruptions (you do know about those, right?), look at her NOW STRONG chin and the weight she has lost in her neck and face.
Her formerly rounded cheeks, are now making her cheekbones visible and in her neck, you can see the V shaped lines not visible a year ago.
I wonder if the booking records accurately record the loss of weight? My guess is 20-30 pounds or so.

My 1st thought was meth...
Too bad for everyone especially the person she ran down, killed and then abandoned.

This person has been hiding from public view for more than a month now. It's about time we all got a good look at her.

Lemme see. A month on the run, in jail for 2 weeks and we are saying that meth is making her look a little ragged?
Get a grip people.

Ashley's once attractive clavicles disappeared to be replaced by those V shaped lines.
And I have no way of posting THESE two pictures 3 years apart of Zuleyma Figueroa, a Benson H.S. SPANISH teacher:

Not to be confused with Oregon's TEACHER OF THE YEAR, Elena Garcia-Velasco, that merely needs a little more work on her ENGLISH.
Hear Garcia-Velasco's graduation speech here:
