The new Oregon Legislative Information System that was put in place for the current legislative session works very well. It takes a little while to learn how to use it, but once you figure it out, I think it should get an A+.
All the meeting material concerning committee hearings seems to be online before it is presented or within a few minutes.

Click on the graphic and it will take you to starting spot, from there you can click on any of the four buttons or open up other session details.
